Visakhapatnam,the fastest growing city with SEZ & Tourism Destination in India, with an array of fast emerging I.T.Parks, Textile parks, Pharmacity, Tourism & Recreation zones, Coastal Corridors, now became the main attraction of the people to have a home in the city. This wish of a own house of everybody, created a lot of demand for the construction field – a major cause for urbanisation. The country’s future is almost certainly urban rather than rural.
However, rapid urbanisation dramatically quickened the pace of urbanisation in the last 20 years and the proportion is now said to be 55-60% urbanisation is the social and spatial counterpart to economic process that shift workers away from subsistence agriculture to more productive sectors. It is the physical manifestation of all the construction activity that accompanies rapid growth. In other words, it is an integral part of growth process. No doubt, Visakhapatnam stands first in the nearby future towards the major urbanisation. There is an increasing momentum towards structure of household constructions in the city when compare to earlier years. The nearby and surrounding areas of the city are also getting high demand. Keeping this high demand in view, the promoter is venturing this project at Vadlapudi, for which the bookings are already reserved.

BRICK WORK (1:6 CM)
Proving red bricks masonry for outer walls 6” thickness and inner walls 4” thick. FAL-G bricks masonry for Lift room, Staircase room, septic tank, compound wall and foundation works.
PLASTING (1:5 CM)
Providing Plasting for all masonry surfaces.
Providing teak wood main door frame and shutter, and remaining door frames with Neem wood and flush wood laminated shutters.
Providing 2’X2’size Vertified tiles for all rooms and 1’x1’ antiskid ceramic tiles for corridors.
Providing 22”wide kitchen platform and S.S. sink with green marble and 4’ height wall tiles dados.
Providing Enamil painting for wood works and iron grills and emulsion paints with putty for inside walls(BERGER/NAROLOC/ASIAN paints are used).
Cement & Sand
Any53 grade cement is used. SAND:- River sand is used.
Providing Aluminum frames and panels with 4mm black color non-transferable glass with iron safety grills.
Providing 6 persons capacity lift.
Fe-415 steel material is used.
